Only exchanges for purchases made through the website can be made. They can be done automatically on the same platform through the Reversso system.

Our store in Nueva Costanera is open for purchases or exchanges. in person from Monday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm.
The product(s) to be exchanged must not show any signs of use and/or deterioration.
The Consumer Law establishes that if a new product is defective or fails due to normal use, consumers are entitled to a 90-day legal warranty, which includes the following options: exchange or a refund.
We do not adhere to the right of withdrawal (We do not make refunds). These policies are supported by Law No. 19,496
